Thank you for joining us. Here is information you will need to register your player with Ebony City Soccer Club.
1. FEES
The cost for registering a player is $50. This fee covers all costs for the season.
2. REGISTRATION
In order to register, you will need to provide us with a copy of player's birth certificate and complete a registration form.
Option 1: Download, Print, Complete, and Return form to us.

Option 2: Complete the form below to register your child online.
After completing online registration, you will be taken to our PAY FEES ONLINE page where you can pay your registration fees. If you do not wish to pay your fees online, you can deliver us a check made out to Ebony City Soccer Club
